Recording
I have been recording for many years now and as time has moved on and
technology has advanced, I have managed at least to stay "on the same
page" if not one step ahead. Rather than be wasteful with the
obsolete equipment, My mate Steve and I have set up two independent
recording facilities, both of which are portable and as state of the
art as can be. My personal system at home is a duplication of
the main facility we use at Steves place and consists of high-end class
A digital converters, 16 in 16 out direct to disk recording and digital
editing. Steve uses Cubase SX3 and Sony pro editing, while I
am also using Cubase along side some rather nice open source editing
software called AUDACITY. The main studio uses Celestion
monitoring while my protable system uses Yamaha. All software
is genuine, dongled and running stable on both computers and we have
very little down time for the volume of work we do.
I currently handle all of the musical work and Steve is in charge of the many radio adverts that we produce and the spoken word recording.
One of our most recent customers was our good friend and excellent musician WIDGEON HOLLAND

who recorded an album with us last year and mixed another that he had recorded elsewhere. If you have a look on his site you can have a listen to samples from the album MAKE IT.
If you would like to hear some of our adverts and see the quality of the voice talent that we use, visit our studios main site, HERE
