I have lived in Lanzarote in the Canary Islands on and off since 1985, finally settling here for good in 1997. Below is listed a few of my skills. I am confident that if you are looking for any kind of musical or computer related service, then I can provide it...I even know where to find the best musicians on the Island and beyond should you have a need that calls for a Rock Band or even Big Band Jazz. I just love music, and as music, and the recording of, has encompassed the use of computers, my inquisitive nature has led me to become very competent in the building of and use of these machines and I am equally at home using Windows, Mac or Linux operating systems...

I hope you enjoy your stay on my site.

Just in.........I have been working on a very interesting project with the talented photographer John Hicks and it is receiving some wonderfully positive feedback.

As you can see, the subject is boxing, but the star is 70 year old Dave Payne, whom I have met and found to be one of the quietest most unassuming bare knuckle fighters, in fact I have known Dave from a distance for a few years and didn't even know about this side of him, though I knew he boxed.

The Hardest Fight by John Hicks from John Hicks on Vimeo.

Its a very emotive video and my co-writer Gary Lawson, or Gazza to his mates is a member of Daves Gym and has been writing Daves life story for the last few years.  I wish everyone involved in the video all the best and thank them for the opportunity to be even a little bit involved.

I have completed the mastering of the CD to the soundtrack to "AFRICAS GREATEST EXPLORER", the TV documentary by Mike Hacker, that is still running on the History Channels cycle.

The first run of CDs found its way to Mike just in time for his jetting off to the US for the start of his 3 month long tour exhibiting his photography and also the release of his first book. Many thanks to Ray at CDME for his kind attenion to our order and for excellent service and prompt delivery.

Whilst we opted for digital sales of the music rather than a hard copy CD for general release, this being a niche market and all that, I have secured the release and distribution through all of the major online music sales websites including

Steve, my co writer on the project, and I are thrilled to have the ability to sell through these popular sites and be involved with the whole project of THROUGH MAASAILAND . The project just keeps on growing and is fast becoming a valuable educational resource. I thoroughly recommend visiting the site and having a look at what Mike has achieved during the last few years, this has really been a massive part of his life and his love of the subject is obvious.

Good luck to him on the US leg of the tour and we look forward to his return after the summer when he starts again in London. Dates of the tour can be found at Calumet
